New Buildings

Every year Parkwood completes several new commercial buildings. These often include underground parking and range in value from $500,000 to $5 Million.

We are particularly proud to have completed Victoria Marketplace, at 41st and Victoria in Vancouver, which included a 30,000 s.f. London Drugs store and two other retail buildings on the same site.

Despite significant delays in receiving Building Permits and suffering through one of Vancouver’s wettest winters the project was completed on time and within budget.
